• Teaching:

The Powerpoint presentation and the copying masters can either be used together or independently. They both feature carefully selected graphics to appeal to a younger audience and serve as an efficient visual stimulus.

*The Powerpoint presentation:
- A lively way to introduce the alphabet to beginners
- Allows the teacher to focus on pronunciation thanks to this attractive visual support
- The 3 alphabet sets allow pupils to increase their vocabulary range 
- The range of exercises, challenges & games ensure extensive & varied practice

*The copying masters:
- Posters designed for copying and colouring by pupils
- Posters can also be used as flashcards by the teacher
- Posters can be laminated or mounted on card for display around the classroom as a full alphabet or on a display board to use a visual stimulus for a particular exercise (e.g. list all words in German you know starting with/ finishing with/ containing this letter etc.)
- Each poster gives the letter in lower and in capital case, the word starting with this letter plus a matching picture. The same format is applied throughout supporting the literacy curriculum and the development of handwriting for younger pupils
